Managing your Visa Account              
  Blocked Transactions

Due to fraudulent transactions occurring within the United States and internationally, your Visa or ATM card may be temporarily blocked in certain countries and/or US states to help protect your personal identity and Alliance FCU accounts from fraud.

The charts below will help you verify in which countries or states your card may currently be blocked.

KEY
X = Card is blocked for this type of transaction.

PIN = Your ATM or Visa PIN is used to complete the transaction.  Card is present at time of transaction. (PIN-based transactions)

Signature = Your signature is used to complete the transaction.  Card is present at time of transaction.   (Signature-based transactions)

Manual = Your card information is manually entered in over the phone, online, etc.
