credit card or ATM card has been lost or stolen,
contact AFCU Card Services at (806)
798-5554 or 1-800-687-4328 during
regular business hours.

Alliance FCU branch
during regular office hours. For after-hours
inquiries, call the following number to block
your card from being used, and then contact Card
Services the next day during regular business
hours.

When a card is reported lost
or stolen, a replacement card is issued
upon request and received within seven to ten
business days. A written report isn’t necessary
unless there are fraudulent charges. If fraud is
involved, our Card Service Representatives will
advise you how to file a claim to correct your
account.
