2. Eligibility for Winning: Participation is limited to members (a) whose account is in good standing; (b) who are 18 years of age; (c) who purchase a new or used vehicle with a minimum loan amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) and finance it with Alliance Federal Credit Union, or who have an existing vehicle loan at another financial institution and finance it with Alliance Federal Credit Union between May 12, 2008 and September 1, 2008 with a minimum loan amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00).  Employees, members of the Board of Directors, members of any Committee appointed by the Board of Directors or any family member of any of these groups are ineligible to participate. By submitting any entry you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

 3. Prizes. The Credit Union will award a total of three (3) prizes consisting of the following:
(a) First prize - 2008 Mercedes-Benz Smart Car
(b) Second prize - scooter
(c) Third prize - bicycle

 4. If any prize is unclaimed, after the expiration of seven (7) days, then another drawing will be held.

 5. The prize will be awarded only to entrants who comply with these Official Rules. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes or other expenses related to any prize awarded.

 6. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. These rules govern all aspects of the Contest and are binding upon all entrants. All decisions regarding the Contest and the selection of the winners are to be made by Alliance Federal Credit Union and are final.

 7. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers, and other publications and in television, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Alliance Federal Credit Union may deem appropriate.

 8. Release of Claims. To the extent permitted by law, each Entrant and his or her respective partners, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, heirs, successors, assigns and all other persons, natural or corporate, in privity with him or her, from any and all claims and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, at common law, statutory or otherwise agrees to indemnify Alliance Federal Credit Union and hold harmless Alliance Federal Credit Union, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless or any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Contest and/or use or acceptance of any prize.

 9. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among the eligible entrants on September 2, 2008.  The selection of a prizewinner hereunder will be final.

 10. Rules subject to change without notice. Alliance reserves the right to end the Contest earlier or to extend it further at its absolute discretion.  Alliance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Contest to any candidate it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, integrity or operation of the Contest.
