to stop payment on a check
you have written or a
payment you have scheduled?
A stop
payment on a check or an ACH
item can be placed by
completing the
Stop Payment Form.
You can also place a stop
payment by contacting Member
Services at 806.798.5554 or
visiting one of our
locations. There
is a $20 Stop Payment fee.
You cannot
place a stop payment on a
Visa Check Card purchase or
a Visa Credit Card purchase
once it has received
authorization. You
will need to contact the
merchant for reimbursement.
